(quercus robur) - the oak has a long history for food, medicine and lumber. a stately tree, slow growing but can live hundreds of y. the acorns can be leeched and used for food or a coffee replacement, or animal forage.

matures up to 60’ tall, 40-60’ wide. prefers acidic soil but will tolerate other soils.
